Guy's Map
New Hunts House
New Hunts House is a large building shown on the map on Great Maze Pond about 50 yards inside the hospital grounds from the 'Pedestrian Entrance' on St Thomas Street. The main entrance to New Hunts House is obvious (up a series of steps) and will have temporary meeting signposts. Registration and lecture theatre are on the ground floor.
Train
Guy's Hospital is immediately adjacent to London Bridge station (both over- and underground) and the train or tube (Northern Line) are the most convenient way of reaching the hospital. It takes no more than 2-3 minutes to walk to the venue having arrived at the London Bridge complex. Extensive re-development of the station is underway as part of the Shard complex and on the day there may be temporary routes. The footbridge between the hospital and station has been removed and access is at street level only. Follow any signs for St Thomas' Street or Guy's Hospital and you should enter the hospital site at 'Pedestrian Entrance' marked on the map (passing a Starbucks just outside the hospital).
There is a convenient overground rail link from Waterloo to London Bridge stations - go to Waterloo East station (up escalator from main Waterloo station concourse) and catch next suitable train from platforms A or C. Most but not all trains from Waterloo East stop at London Bridge. Return trains usually leave from London Bridge platform 6.
Bus
A large number of buses stop at London Bridge or in Borough High Street. The map and hospital website give further details.
Car
There is no on-street parking but there is an NCP carpark in Snowsfield Road with entrance to the hospital site shown on the map. Guy's hospital is within the Congestion Charge zone.
